Community Nursing
Provide direct nursing care, monitor client health, and coordinate with doctors and allied health to deliver high-quality, person-centred care plans — in homes and at our Ashburton residence.
- Valid AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Excellent communication & documentation skills
Personal Care / Support Worker
Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, meals, support work and mobility & transport — always with comfort and dignity front of mind. NDIS and aged care rosters, Melbourne & Sydney.
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability Support
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Empathy and patience with older people and people with disability
- Flexible shifts & hours · Police clearance (NDIS Worker Screening for NDIS roles)
Volunteer
Give your time and heart — companionship, activities, outings and a helping hand alongside our care team. Full training and support provided.
