Everything we do is centred around our residents and family's needs. Our wonderful staff have stayed with us for years, and they believe in putting the health and wellbeing of the residents first - every time.
High Level Care
A 24 hour dedicated care service.
Including around the clock nursing care, all meals, cleaning, mobility, personal care and communication assistance where necessary.
Low Level Care
Independence, safety
and quality of life.
For those residents who can maintain a level of independence. Includes all meals, laundry and personal care. With careful monitoring residents have access to a range of daily activities ensuring their physical and emotional wellbeing is at all times balanced and optimal.
Ageing in Place
Creating security and stability.
Allowing residents to stay where they are comfortable and feel at home is paramount while ensuring the care they need transitions with them over time.
Respite Care
A temporary stay available just when you need it.
Sometimes residential care is needed on a short term basis for those otherwise living at home. We offer care if their carer needs a break, or goes on holiday. Or if a temporary need for additional care arises, such as illness or injury. Includes all meals, laundry and personal care as well as access to our daily activities
and facilities
(From 1 to 4 weeks)
NO UPFRONT BONDS
We do not charge up front bonds or capital payments.
No RAD's or DAP's
Just reasonable weekly fees.
Home Care Packages
The expertise you need to manage your Home Care Package.
The funding that a person receives from their Government Home Care Package may be used in a variety of ways to suite their individual needs. This includes supporting the cost of living here at Rosewood Gardens.

We are a registered NDIS Provider.
NDIS Funding allows you to receive the very best of care based on your needs. As a registered provider we can ensure you receive all the disability support services you require.
My uncle spent the last few years of his life at Rosewood Gardens and our family was extremely happy with the quality of care he received. The food was great and there was always an activity or two he could join in if he chose. As he became more frail all the staff treated him with consideration and dignity, right down to his final days. Rosewood Gardens became 'home' to him and I will miss the friendly smiling faces of all the staff each time I visited.

Rosewood Gardens. Very impressive - Lovely caring staff, all beautiful kind people. My mum loves the place and the people. Today I attended the Christmas party for the residents and family. With just 35 residents there were at least 200 people there on a Wednesday afternoon! Just fantastic, a great afternoon. We (my 3 sisters and I), cannot speak highly enough of Rosewood.
